Can't say he's modeling it after private industry, because our IT department has 14 AVP's...

2. Sounds to me like the republicans can't rig
the elections for the 'most local' races the way that they would like.
I bet a little research would show that to be the case, and then get people questioning why the IN dems win the 'most local' races but only have three congresspersons. Is it even three now, might only be two. Mitch wants to eliminate the offices that would point up the discrepancy of stealing those congressional districts?
