I hate to see anyone lose their job but I have always questioned the need for the ROE. When my son is in a class using used workbooks and pages copied on a copying machine for a text book yet we have 100 thousand dollars to pay the ROE superintendent and staff, something is dreadfully wrong with our priorities in Illinois.
