Bush coming to Nampa?
Supposably our beloved President is coming to Nampa this month.

I am stacking up on eggs and tomatoes for now, but maybe somebody has a better suggestion?

1. How about a massive turning of your backs to the Emperor ...
w/o clothes?

The most painful thing for him would be to have to face people's backs.

Or how about "YOU ARE OUR NOT PRESIDENT!"

or how about SUPPORT AMERICA: BUSH, SEND YOUR KIDS TO IRAQ!!

3. I know he's flying into Boise
on his way to McCall. McCall's airport can't handle his plane. When is the big secret, doncha know.

I was reading over some of the posts in the 'state' forum for Idaho. I grew up here. I've lived in big cities elsewhere and in Europe and now I'm back. Every where I've lived I made every attempt to 'like it' which wasn't easy in Cleveland when I was going to graduate school.

There have always been Democrats in Idaho although not overwhelmingly so and there are now. Hunt 'em till you find 'em.

Shit! Even more so than Alabama!

Besides I think you're thinking of Oregon for the 'smoking' - although up north, way up north I've heard of hidden stashes.

There's actually quite a bit of wealth here which may be a bit of it. However, I think people here tend to be actually conservative in that they don't want the intrusion of the gov't into their lives. Which of course to me isn't consistent with this administration. Then again, there's the Kansas-I-vote-against-my-own-priorities-Syndrome.

Yeah, what are they doing? They must want to sell off the pristine unspoiled wilderness or strip-mine something. Any time or dates on the protest in Nampa? Please PM me...anybody.
