9/11 Civil Disobedience - Anyone angry enough to risk arrest?
On 9/11 survivors of Katrina will commit an act of Civil disobedience by setting up an illegal camp on the Washington DC Mall.

Bushville in DC will stay there as long as it takes to get answers and change.

We need help. Bring camping supplies to the Mall on 9/11 and look for the crowds of angry Katrina survivors. Brainstorm on DU about how to make this happen.

Tonight www.bushville.org and www.campkatrina.org will be online. Visit them please.

Please send me links to DC activist groups. Or better yet contact then yourself.

Justice,

GBT

2. We need DC activists onboard
Only a handful of us are pushing the idea now.

Make history.

Spread the word and be at the Mall on 9/11.

Don't let the bastards blindfold us with a flag.

3. Even if the 9/11 Bushville is tiny - it will suck up the media
And start a pilgrimage of survivors to the seat of power.

This is history we're talking about folks.

4. We as freedom lovers
We have two ways of ending this nightmare most of the American citizens have been enduring since bush took the office of President of the United States of America without being elected. That event in itself has given consent to the organized crime family consisting of the bush family, the cheney clan whose daughter is to blame for god sending hurricane Katrina since she is gay, Karl, I promise I’ll shoot my grandmother to get you elected, rove, and the remainder of the “if you ain’t rich and white we’re declaring war on you”, pnac’s, to do as they please because they have proven Americans had rather have limited freedom than fight for it.
The first way is simply to wait until 2008 and hope someone who truly loves America more than money is elected. By that time who knows what our place in the world will be. I’ll give you odds it won”t be nice.
The second way, my choice, is to have all those adversely affected by the lack of a real president to take to the streets in a nationwide stand against the minority who are controlling every facet of our lives. I, personally am sick and tired of the American way of life I grew up to love being shipped out of America so this type of kiss my ass individual can take from me all that I have because I don’t agree with him.
Where are you Rosa Parks, Haight-Ashbury, Berkley, Woodstock, Monterey and four dead in Ohio. Sacrifices must be made or slavery wins again. I am an old white man who cried sincere tears on that sad, sad day in April 1968 when MLK was assassinated. Those who now control the USA are using all their dirty tricks to erase that dream. Will they win?
