2011 “Hope and Unity Rally” is set for new date - August 22 - at GA Capitol:

The rally date was changed from the middle of August to the fourth Monday “due to Governor Deal’s restrictive policies regarding rallies at the State Capitol,” organizers said.

Democratic Party of Georgia plans rally to combat GOP elephant-sized lies and fight the Republican legislation and policies that are hurting Georgia residents

Georgians invited to the 2011 “Hope and Unity Rally” as Georgia Democrats and their affiliates march on the Georgia State Capitol on new date – Monday, August 22 to protest mean Republican legislation that is badly hurting low and middle income families
