Attention District 10 Democrats.

Hello fellow Georgians,

I am a Democrat located in U.S. Congressional District 10 (Rep. Nathan Deal). I am looking for individuals who are spread out in the district to help start up a Democratic grassroots organization for this district. I believe that the key to winning a state is to run smaller grassroots organizations rather than state-wide ones. I'm particularly looking for people in the cities of Dalton, Calhoun, Gainesville, along with Forsyth and Hall Counties, but obviously support is needed throughout the entire district. If anybody is interested, please contact me as soon as possible.

I was about to make the very same post!!!!!!!

I live in Dalton and I want to get started before the end of '05.
There are 5000-6000 Yellow Dogs here. Definitely something to build on. Definitely some money to be raised.

It is pathetic that Democrats leave 30% of our Congressional seats unchallenged. Pathetic! Every local Republican runs unopposed here. The only popular Democrat here is our sheriff... And he's not planning on running for anything higher. I have no idea how he gets elected in our county.

Something needs to be done. There's no Democratic Party here. There's no machine here... We'll have to build it ourselves.

3. YEAH!!!! I live in Flowery Branch Ga. (Hall Cty)

I can't tell you how PI**ED off I was last Nov. when I saw all those Pub seats unopposed! Even my husband remarked about it, and he's not political at all!

I can't drive due to neuropathy, but I'll do whatever I can to help get some Dems to WIN!

Napi21: Do you have any Democratic friends that live in Hall County? If so, get in touch with them and tell them to get online and active.
