Lake County region and other Florida DUers there have been arrests made in a horrifying case in WI.
There was a report of a missing two year old girl that had been removed from foster care in Lake County last September-yet this event took place earlier than that.

I'm just going to cross-post the thread about the case that is developing here in WI and ask for any input from Florida DUers.
