who is good for business in Floriduh?
todays St. Petersburg Times examines both Alex Sink and Rick Scott and their possible election to the governorship of the state. It seems that both are good for business, but you'll have to make your own decision.

What I wonder is; Between the two of them, WHO IS GOOD FOR THE CITIZENS OF THE STATE? I mean that as bringing it in to the 22nd century in job growth, enviromental protection and caring that its populace can grow.

For some strange reason, I think the CoC and Citzens for Growth far outweigh the person on the street.

1. It is strategically important to get Sink elected. She is a moderate and that won't please
progressives, but Sink will have a hand in redistricting. If Sink is governor, Cannon and Haridopolos can't simply gerrymander Republican districts for the next decade. If Sink is governor this can only help Dems in the redistricting process and that will help Dems get elected in 2012 and beyond. Think long term.

2. So Would Passing Amendments 5 & 6
Passing these amendments would help prevent the gerrymandering abuses also. We still need Sink in there to rein in other Republican insanity.
