time for this rain and wind to move on - I am very glad I am not in melbourne
but if it keeps raining in Orlando this could be a real problem here - this just keeps coming - it has been cloudy or raining or windy for days now - how are others doing in Florida and especially east Florida - inland is taking a hit too

1. I am ready for the rain to stop too
I am so tired but my little weather thingy is showing winds sustained from 30 to 45mph with gusts to 55 and my roof on the porch is leaking. I am nervous the wind will pick up even more tonight and one of my remaining oaks that was damaged by Charley will come down. I should have had it trimmed again..

3. My dad's in Satellite Beach - yesterday, he said they've had 20 inches
of rain. Most of the roads are flooded - on his block, all of the sidewalks are covered with water.

4. God I hate it. I'm in downtown Orlando
One of my oaks is now banging against the roof. It's also making my fibromyalgia hurt like hell. When is it supposed to move on?

5. mobile home in eastern orlando - it has rained for four days now
and the wind just scares the bjeezus out of me when it catches the awnings - it is a rental so I have no idea how sturdy - the street seems clear but I know other streets here flood - so far do not see flooding - but it has been windy and rainy for almost four days now - when did this thing get near the east coast - well it rained here when it was south and west and then when it was south of here and then east of here and now almost north of here - we have had rain for the whole time as it moved across Florida from west to east and now going back west - with bands of wind and rain stretching out 100 to 150 miles and just rounding us as if we are a buoy

Enough - and it looks like we will get more as it moves west and north at 2mph -
