So now that emissions is down again - how's our air doin'?

Its' been what, 3 years since we had a full year of emmissions testing. Those kids in Hartford - their asthma ain't gettin' any better last time I checked!

1. I think the air sucks in CT

We get hit with it from all angles.

The midwest factories, NY City, NJ
And now that our cars are not checked, the whole state is one big smog blog.

2. The emissions program does next to nothing.

As long a New York an New Jersey do nothing we are wasting our time and resources testing here.
