Report from Northern Colorado
I just voted here in Fort Collins and was glad to vote for Angie Paccione. We had the option of voting either by paper or by voting machine. Paper voting booths outnumbered voting machines by nearly 3 to 1 at our polling location and nearly every paper voting booth was filled. Several electronic voting machines remained empty. This is a highly educated area per capita and tends to vote in high numbers (97% of registered voters in 2004) so I wonder if many here are well read on the problems caused by electronic voting machines. But even more importantly, I wonder if many voting here are well read on how badly Marilyn Musgrave needs to be kicked out on her ass.

Here's to hoping.

1. Great news! When I voted today in Denver, I wished so much I could
vote for Paccione or Perlmutter.

I was stuck with the unchallenged DeGette. Not all bad, but hardly a vote for change.
