I was approached by a signature gatherer last night after MIDNIGHT outside of a Safeway in Oakland. He was asking for signatures for children's programs and schools, but when I read the fine print, it was actually regarding the teacher tenure proposals.

have so many proposed initiatives on file, that the signature pimps can use any confusing/miseading spiel to get signatures on the agendas steroid boy is really pushing: teacher/nurse union busting; privatizing public employee pension funds and RE-DISTRICTING.
