Poll question: Should we oppose, for higher office, anyone who voted for McPherson?
If they didn't care enough to check the warnings from the Democrats who put them in office, why should we trust any of the guys who voted for McPherson with a higher office?

1. One of those "traitors" is Joe Dunn who is running against Jerry
Joe also backstabbed the unions earlier this week. Now that he's stuck it to the voters and organized labor, I wonder which group he'll screw next.

4. how did U find this?
I know many people here in Orange County pissed that the spineless Dems quaked under steroid boy's gaze and confirmed mcpherson. Jo Dunn voting 4 mcpherson will cause a lot of heads 2 snap.

6. Constitution's right.
Joe is not a liberal. According to Project Vote Smart, he is opposed to limits on campaign contributions and to campaign spending limits. He is also opposed to public financing of campaigns. His ideas make it easier for corporations to dictate who our leaders will be.

2. Perhaps they did 'check the warnings' but did not find them credible

5. Nope
But I have been around long enough to know that not every battle is worth fighting. Apperently ever single Democratic legislator in California felt the same way.

9. "ever single Democratic legislator...
felt the same way"....?

I propose every single democratic legislator is scared steroid boy is gonna turn his evil eye on 'em. I propose every single democratic legislator in working hand in glove w/ the rethugs 2 turn this state red.

I don't know what they (dem legis) have been promised, especially when it comes 2 re-districting - geebus they cut a deal in '00 - but whatever it is U can B assured WE will B getting screwed.

8. so you want to oppose the entire Democratic caucus
on one vote?

who appointed you the grand high poobah about these things--first of all you get all high and mighty about Kevin Shelley and defend him because he's a Democrat and now you want to take down some of the most progressive legislators in the nation for this one vote
