San Diego: "Don't Be Fooled" rally Friday--Stop Arnold's $pecial Election!
DON’T BE FOOLED BY $CHWARZENEGGER!

Help Stop THE SPECIAL ELECTION!

April 1, 2005

Rally & FREEWAY BLOGGING

Governor $chwarzenegger is trying to fool people into signing petitions to put deceptive initiatives on the ballot. These will hurt working people and public education, also forcing mid-term redistricting. Arnold’s special election would cost $70 million—and be held on unverifiable, paperless voting machines!

HOW TO “TERMINATE” ARNOL’DS PLANS:

· Ask your organization to co-sponsor the “Don’t Be Fooled” rally and press conference April 1st , 11:30 a.m., County Administration Bldg, 1600 Pacific Hwy)

· Attend the rally. Bring signs & lots of friends!

· Pass out flyers downtown after the rally/press conference.

· Join “freeway bloggers” countywide from 3-6:30 p.m. April
1st. Help alert hundreds of thousands of motorists to “Don’t Be Fooled” by Arnold’s bad ballot initiatives. (See www.VOTERR.org for details.)

· Report sightings of Arnold’s petition gatherers, for grassroots counter-leafleting!
ReportArnold@californiafordemocracy.com or 206-350-7233

· Download flyers to counter-leaflet: www.californiafordemocracy.com

· Sign petition to Stop Arnold’s Special Election! www.ContestTheVote.org
