RIALTO (CBS) — Police arrested a suspect Tuesday in connection with the murder of a 19-year-old man who was gunned down at a Taco Bell.

Joshua Huizar, 19, and his girlfriend were at the drive-through in a Rialto Taco Bell during the early morning of April 10, when a gunman demanded that he hand over his wallet.

Huizar gave the robber his wallet and sped away. The gunman then fired at the vehicle and struck Huizar, died in his girlfriend’s arms.

3. Gosh...
I'm sure that another misdemeanor law sternly warning him that he isn't allowed to own a gun would have stopped this man who was intent on committing MURDER. :eyes:

4. When is this gun idealist insanity going to end?
When they finally declare that these types of acts are considered 'Domestic Terrorism' and deal with the perpetrators as such.
