Does California really have 2/3rd Majorities in the State Senate and Assembly?
I was just admonished by some fella on HuffPost, a blogger there named William Bradley, that we DO NOT have 2/3rd majorities in the California Senate and Assembly.

Is this true?

He also claims that all opinion polls show that there is little interest in California's single-payer, the California OneCare program that still needs to pass the Assembly, I believe, before it lands on our future Democratic Governor's desk.

Please ... anyone who knows this for sure, please tell me if he's right.

Btw, for a self-proclaimed Progressive and Democrat, he sure is curt and nasty in his responses.
