1. It's all a bluff

There aren't enough federal agents in the free world to enforce drug laws down to the user level.

It's total bullshit and it will be fun to watch the reaction of the "libertarian" tea party geeks once the proposition passes.

I suspect we will find out they really love big government. Especially the nosy intrusive kind of big government that likes to fuck with the rights of its citizens.

Makes it so much easier for them. No thought needed.
