An Evening with Cerro Negro in benefit of the Save Jesse Morrow Mountain campaign and the Reedley Peace Center . This event will be held at the Cedar View Winery Patio, 1384 S Frankwood Ave. north of Reedley.

Cerro Negro is a Fresno based trio, known for their live spontaneous and passionate Flamenco, Brazilian and Jazz. Originally from San Diego , Cerro Negro's history spans over ten years with an ever-widening circle of influences from around the globe including Balkan, Django Jazz, Turkish and Peruvian, all played exquisitely. It classifies itself as "Global Flamenco Fusion." Spanish guitars, blended with Latin Percussion, creates the gypsy-influenced, acoustic sound of Cerro Negro. The trio consists of lead guitarist Dusty Brough, rhythm guitarist Frank Giordano, and global percussionist-vocalist John Martin III. Their recent tour was called "Even the Odds." Not the least reason for this name was the feeling of the band it is time that we even the odds in society. Economically and environmentally, technologies are emerging that we need to foster in order to grow and reconcile the way we are living on the planet.
