Meet at Mexican Restaurant (locally owned)in Concord.

Eat and be Merry move party to a local Bar
in a bowling alley .. It is run by a cool
dude I grew up with who is very gracious
when I bring people in .

My house is very close but very small .
so Depending on the # of people well
we'll see ... I just got a Wii and it
is a blast .

I'm looking for a head count so I can make
reservations at the restaurant .

15. Another Fremonter? Nifty!

My fiancee and I moved to Fremont last year after 7+ years in Berzerkeley. We thought we'd be bored to tears, but we're really enjoying it. And I reduced my commute from 3-4 hours daily to 20-30 minutes daily. :)

(Though I did put on almost 20 pounds--due to all the great, cheap Indian food--which I have to lose in time for the wedding.)

The only time I've been embarrassed to live in Fremont was right before the election, when the local churches plastered "Yes on 8" signs all over town. :(

I am feeling a bit lost.... I've always lived in the City or on the Peninsula. It really is different. I find my neighbors to be very very strange. :rofl: Of course, they think I'm the one who's strange.

That's fabulous about your commute! Mine is 1/2 hr. compared to about 20 mins before. So no big deal.
