Crap happening even in the small towns
For those who might not know, Orange Cove is only 7-8,000 in population.

A Fresno County Sheriff's deputy asked Orange Cove voting observers, poll watchers and people assisting voters to leave a polling place, said Kathy McClue, the county's assistant registrar of voters.

It's unclear whether a confrontation occurred between Victor Lopez, who is running for re-election as Orange Cove's mayor, and Republican Party officials, McClue said. "What I heard was Victor Lopez and his people were bringing in people and assisting them in the voting booth," she said.

Voters are allowed to bring someone to help them vote, McClue said, but the voter is supposed to approach the precinct worker and say they need help. According to the deputy, the person assisting the voter was approaching the precinct worker to say they were there to assist.
The deputy asked observers, poll watchers and those assisting voters to leave because "there was too much going on," McClue said. "It was intimidating to the voters and disrupting the voting process."
