Jeff Morris is a Trinity County Supervisor. I feel he was poorly prepared. He had to read his introductory comments , 45 seconds, because he failed to have them memorized. He then proceeded to refer to notes for nearly every question. He had horrible body language - with his face frequently down to his notes, his forehead leaning to the camera and looking upwards to meet the camera.

OTOH, 22+ year Herger had it all down pat, looked relaxed, handled it just fine.

Just perfect...
