I'm not in CA and wondering what is what and if yes or no is good on each one. I can't tell from the titles of the props, what they are all about.

Thanks!

1. 73-78 No is good. Yes is bad. Reverse for 79 and 80.

3. Thank you. That is helpful.
Are returns still coming in or is the count over at this point?

4. 59.2% ( 10452 of 17657 ) precincts reporting as of Nov 8, 2005 at 11:18 pm
LA county is still only at 14.6%; I'm not sure which others have yet to report. I know SF is at 100%.

5. 11:45 pm -- Reversal in some races: All props are failing!
73 and 75 appear to now be failing by a razor-thin margin (1%). Others are being pummeled.

So much for Arnold's mandate!

Bad news, though, is that Donna Frye is losing 55%-45% in San DIego's mayoral race.
