dems ads are missing the biggest point:
arnolds initiatives are ANTI DEMOCRATIC party. he is using this process for things that will weakend the democratic party position in California.

Every anti initiative ad should be saying this to voters: Listen up dems, arnold and bush are trying to destroy you and stage a republican coup via the initiative process..... |GEt out and VOTE tuesday!!

dont expect it will happen.

2. I live in Bakersfield
I'm hearing plenty of "just say No" stuff. Law enforcement has a great radio ad that plays frequently. I've also seen a goodly amount of CTA (teachers) ads on TV, too.

The polls say a majority of Californians DO in fact link Ahhnuld's Special Election with a plan to hijack the State (not in those words, but Californians have sniffed out Pretty Boy's hidden agenda).

We are down to this:
Don't sit home. We must vote! Dems cannot get comfortable.

3. exactly!
everything I am seeing and hearing is that arnies agenda is going down. I have seen some pretty interesting and misleading mailers recently. Let us not forget that the repugs are counting on democrats and their apathy so by all means go vote early and take somebody with you and then hook up with the Alliance or whoever is the activist group in your community. also remember that there is nothing stopping you from standing out in front of the polls, picking up the street roster, calling your local Dems and giving them a nudge if not a ride to the polls to make sure they show up to vote!

4. They are using talking points that work with the tons of focus groups...
that the Alliance for a Better California has using. The message has been carefully crafted to hit the general population, not just those like us who are a little more involved in the political process...
