Activist Meeting Sunday Oct. 30 in Ponca AR

Just got this email from Citizens for Political Reform and Newton County Friends for Peace. If you live anywhere near Newton County, try and make it to the meeting!

CPR and NCFFP are having a mostly for fun meeting and picnic on Sunday, October 30 at 1:00 p.m.to 5:00 p.m. Lost Valley Store and Canoe Rental has generously donated their camp grounds and bunk house for the meeting. Bring your own food and drink. The store will be open until 5:00 if you want to buy any supplies.

Edelle Rose will give us a report on her experience in the D.C. "March for Peace and Justice" and her meetings with our elected congressman and our senators. There will be a variety of handouts and petitions available. We'll also engage in some organizing activities.

Mostly it's an opportunity to have a great time being with like-minded, truly patriotic citizens who really care about our country.

The Lost Valley Campground is located in Ponca, directly across the street from the Store.
