Note how Kerry places the boilerplate "I'm John Kerry, and I approved this message" at the end of the message instead of at the beginning where conventional wisdom says it should go. It's a signal that he stands very strongly behind this negative ad.

Note also how MANY BC failures this ad lists.

2. Anti bush radio ad almost caused me to drive off road

...I was laughing so hard.

First they present Bush speech audio where he says "the government needs to be more responsive to the needs of working people."

Then the ad reviews bush support and signing of pharmaceutical litigation making drugs more expensive and granting windfalls to drug companies;

Then bush legislation signed to take overtime away from millions of workers.

Then bush tax cuts granting tax benefits mostly to the very rich.

The chorus was "How did this help working people?"

The presentation was direct and simple. This campaign ad is killer.
