It was RIGHT AFTER the debate, and he said...not an exact quote, but close..."Cheney did what he was supposed to do tonight, which was to demonstrate why John Kerry is not fit to lead this country." The other "experts" on the panel just sat there for a minute, and no one responded directly to the comment. It just kind of hung in the air for a moment and went away.

Scarborough should spend less time explaining why Kerry can't run the country and more time explaining why his intern, Lori Klausutis, was found dead in his office on July 20, 2001.
