1. Yeah, I saw this at about 5 a.m. I'm voting for him anyway, lol,
and so is my staunch repub GF (she's got alot of money, which is why she's usually a pub, but stem cells have sold her on Kerry, bless her heart).

2. Yes, this was read on WJ on cspan this AM.
If I remember correctly, the article said K/E decided they needed the support staff much more in viable swing states.

7. Thank you for posting that
Just because the pro staff is leaving doesn't mean a damned thing. Volunteers have always been the lifeblood of any campaign.

We are stil here.

4. I'm sorry to hear this, but Kerry needs to keep his eye on the prize.
And the prize is 270 electoral votes. Since I can't decide where Kerry should focus his resources I just have to trust him and hope he is doing the right thing.

6. I agree
They need to focus on the winnable red states. NC, OH, FL, NH, WV, NV, and possibly NC. Its too late in the game to be fighting for places that may be in contention

9. VA volunteers still pumped!
My husband & I have been volunteering in No. Va for the past several weeks -- back to school nights, canvassing, registering voters -- and enthusiasm in this part of the state is HUGE! We have more than enough volunteers to keep the momentum going, and we will.
