Below is the water and napkin... remember the republicans wanted the room at 70 degrees to try and make Kerry sweat, so it's logical he brought a handkerchief and placed it on the podium for quick access, especially if he were to sneeze. Also, whatever it is, if it were a "cheat sheet", he wouldn't have left it on the podium.
