Debate Phenomenon - Democrats INVENT Web Organization - LTTE's
Edited on Sun Oct-03-04 09:31 AM by bigskydem
Wow - now that the Dem's have invented the organization/mobilization of readers to respond via email/fax/snail mail, the print and news pundits are scratching their heads and saying knock it off!!!

Don't write a letter unless you sincerely have a genuine/original thought!!!

Man we democrats may have tapped a goldmine - don't tell any GOP sights they may catch on and start sending emails too. Shhhhhhhhh.

(Wash Post and Cafferty on CNN reading from the same GOP TP again - Dem emails are coerced not genuine)

They suck diarrhea form the GOP colon.

3. I heard Hannity saying this over a month ago
Must have tested well-they went national with it.

A caller was making a point (nothing earth shattering just a good point fact based even) and Hannity went off about how the Kerry website has tips on how to talk to call-in shows. I don't know if that is true but Hannity was screaming at this woman

WHAT ORGANIZATION ARE YOU WITH?!?!? WHERE DID YOU LEARN THAT TRICK?!?!?

He then inform the "Hannitized" of how their host had been hoodwinked by a formulated organized conspiracy-the irony was palpable.

The caller was only bringing up a little tidbit that anyone 1/2 informed knew about.

4. Big Media thought they were safe with their lawyers, big money,
and corporate ownership.

But we've found their vulnerability and our defense.

The more they piss, moan, and cry "foul," the more resolved I am to hit them right at the sore point. If something like an organized e-mail blitz can cause that much misery for them, WE HAVE THEM.

They simply cannot stop it. It's free speech carried to a logical conclusion.

Keep bitching and moaning, WP and Jack Cafferty. Raise the collective whine through CNN, MSNBC, WP and their ilk.

Just try and stop me.

It's so obvious it almost hurts.

Edit: and it's offered me yet ANOTHER talking point!

10. I must say I'm all for that test:
"Don't write a letter unless you have an 'original thought.'"

That prescription should totally silence the right wing, who don't call themselves "Dittoheads" for nothing.

Duh. Megadittoes, Rush.

12. Which TV personality said that?
Edited on Sun Oct-03-04 10:24 AM by party_line
They'd be wise not to insult a movement bent on telling them what we think.

They mock us when we're disorganized and when we organize, well there just *must* be something wrong with that, too. Oh the horror; a good chunk of American is working within the established conventions of communication to promote their point of view! :eyes:

17. Hah, that would be a great statement, wouldn't it?
I'm for anything that would make the media "folks" think twice about some of this garbage that goes to print or air.

B-)

9. I heard Joe Trippi on TV say the Repubs actually sent out MORE e-mails
than the Dems after the debate. Still, the winner was clear, and the group that was passionate about their candidate's win was clear.

Yeaaaaaaaahhhhhhh! Now on to Florida, and to Ohio, and to Illinois, and to ........

(sorry...couldn't resist)

11. Point out to them
...that WHINING does not contribute to the discussion of important issues that affect our nation. Take the high road, while reminding them that they are behaving in a childish, petulant and non-constructive fashion. They have a choice--they can complain, ineffectually, or they can contribute positively to the discussion. If anyone accuses you of "parroting" you must tell them "vociferously" that your beliefs are long-held, and any suggestion that you cannot think for yourself is both insulting and indicative of the sad reality that they do not have a reasoned counterpoint to your position. Challenge them to respond in an adult fashion--chide them for their immature reactions--when your integrity is challenged, hit back!

It shuts them up!

14. I am going to write "Cafferty"
Is that his name? I never watched CNN in the morning, but I can picture his face. Grumpy old guy? I am simply going to ask him why he has never told the right wing "ditto-heads" to knock it off. Demand to know why only liberal e-mails concern him.
