Is something going on in arkansas

The polls show Kerry losing by 7 to 9 on this site, but im sure its only 3 to 5. My question is why is the person running the site now feel Kerry will win Arkansas? Is it Bill Clinton, or something else.

1. I'm in Arkansas...
and for every shithead/gofuckyourself sign or bumperstiker I see, I see about 5 for Kerry/Edwards. I am in the Northwest part of the state
