Question about the debate rules

I've read that the Kerry campaign agreed to all the debate rules that the Bush camp wanted to force Bush to agree to three debates. I'd like to find an article that discusses this in depth (because some people are blaming both candidates equally for the debate format). Does anyone have a link?

Maybe Bush will not do the next one? It seems to me that every one did not sign the contract as all the stations showed split screens and that was one of the rules, I read.

2. It was said that Faux did not accept the terms - "journalistic integrity"

It was their turn to control cameras, so they had the shots. I don't get it hos different outlets combined them differently.
