3. It turned into "Must see George Out of Office" TV :)
That is an amazing number of people. I would have never guessed that many people would see Bush get slaughtered but it's good news indeed.
How many people watched Bush on O'Reilly?

6. It's hype. Like the Super Bowl.
People have been waiting for this fight for a long time. Yesterday was the first championship game. Games 2 & 3 are next week. Game 4 is the third debate.

The final is Nov. 2

4. Well, I think thats right
considering 100 million voted in 2000. Only 62% getting informed for the vote is a concern. Lord help us if they only watch commercial tv.

5. Wow, still....

62% of the total number of voters in the 2000 election seems like a very substantial fraction. Perhaps some sort of critical mass number, where most everyone who ends up voting eiter watched the debate or knew about the debate from someone who watched the debate.

9. I think that is only the viewers who watched live, and doesn't...
take into account those who watched, or will watch the replay.

7. FOX reported that viewing for the debates was
up 33% over the 2000 debates.

If so, the spinners will have less power to change peoples minds.

8. many people
who are already decided don't watch the debates. This is a huge number of people who watched it unfiltered. Great news for Kerry.

11. Can't wait for new polls to come out showing
Kerry ahead in all battleground states by 5% or more.
