The GLOBAL TEST..of Credibilty.
The rest of the world won't work with us because we have a liar as our pResident. He said WMD WMD WMD like a little kid crying wolf and they all knew he was full of shit. And after the war when they didn't find them,or couldn't plant them, they told the rest of the world...but the rest of the world already knew what was going on all along. Because WMD was replaced with No Bid Contracts, Oil , and Halliburton.

From here on out, *sh is damaged goods....he can't lead the world anymore and we will need that in the coming years in case of major troubles. As long as shrub is the pResident, they will probably just watch us go down by ourselves. It's sad that the media knows this, but they don't care because they benefit from war and violence.

We have to fix our image in the world. You would think ShrubCO of all people would know something about Image....
Too bad all they know is Texas YEEE HAWWW!!........but that ain't gonna cut it. It never did, it never will.

2. Bush parried that one reasonably well...
And his retaliatory comment about not letting the rest of the world dictate how we handle national security issues is going to make a good sound bite.

I personally agree with Kerry. But I'm sad to say that too many Texas-Cowboy Americans do not.

3. That's what I'm afraid of too. Sadly, there are just as many people that
love that arrogant "bad-ass" attitude as those of us who are revolted by it. This election will be very telling about the hearts of the American people, IMO.

4. Time to say this: we're four percent of the world's population
We owe it to the world to set a good example, and we owe it to ourselves to make sure we don't alienate everyone; we're outnumbered 24 to 1.

No, that doesn't mean we cede decisionmaking to them, just that we stay conscious of being good neighbors.

5. By global test he meant the way that Kennedy
convinced the UN that the Cuban Missile crisis was real.

It's not about asking anyone's permission, it's about showing our friends that we have a real reason for the actions we are about to take. It's about making sure they are with us in that they understand why.

Of course, nuance is a bit tough for more people than I'd care to realize.

6. i don't think kerry actually meant to say "global test" in that way
he didn't mean it had to pass a test around the globe. i think he misspoke, meaning "global" in the "complete" or "top-level" sense.
