Your favorite Bush Debate Critique ONE LINERS...
Mine is Sid Rosenberg--Mr. Republican says this morning on IMUS:

"Bush was a bumbling stumbling doofus; I only saw one person on that stage that looked presidential and it wasn't Bush."

4. didn't Bush say 'rum' instead of run....
Wish I wrote it down, forgot the sentence - laughed my ass off (freudian slip # 4,327 - ""damn I could use a shot of rum right now"".)
I'll see if it showed up in the transcript.

10. There are a lot of good people doing hard work.
He never said "he" did hard work. He makes "hard decisions" and people know where he stands and that's what makes the world better... and the grass greener and the skies bluer and the birds singier. Gawd! Didn't you know?

8. Re: *'s quip that he wants to put his daughters on a leash

From Andrew Sullivan's blog:

"No president who has presided over Abu Ghraib should ever say he wants to put anyone on a leash. That's all. Stay tuned."

9. I KNOW it was OSAMA that attacked us!!!!!
Freepers, take note: if Iraq was in ANY way connected to 9-11, it would be to Bush's advantage to hammer those points home, when Kerry said it was NOT Saddam that attacked us.

The Chimp said NOTHING. Why? Cheney can lie to small audiences, and Freepers can perpetuate their bullshit, but on THAT stage, LAST night, BUSH KNEW and admitted, by omission, that it was NOT Saddam who attacked us on 9-11. This is a point of contention, and if he could have honestly said, to the people, that Saddam attacked us on 9-11 -- he'd have this election in the bag.

He can't, because Saddam didn't attack us. Also, the 9-11 commission didn't JUST find that Saddam didn't attack us, but that Saddam was NOT WORKING IN CONCERT with al Quaida.

Any people in that 40 percent who still think that Iraq attacked us are just FUCKING IDIOTS, or they're lying to themselves.
