Not to dampen the celebratory mood, but we do need to keep the pressure on the Bush Administration and the GOP on everything, from Iraq to NCLB. Rove and Cheney will be absolutely relentless, and have been plotting all kinds of nasty tricks to try and tear down Kerry from tonight.

We have to anticipate anything and everything from these men. They have so much to lose on November 2.

Don't give up!

1. Dick will threaten another terror attack under Kerry
and I noticed * avoided the question on that - refused to repeat Dick's spin and avoided it completely.

2. No they won't
Even after Nov 2nd I expect they will contest a Kerry win. But Kerry has shown us he ain't going down easy either. He's going to fight like hell and we have to be there calling and writing and doing what ever we can.

3. Especially with the media propping Bushboy up.
They are already trying to rewrite history. Scarborough thinks people will be gathering around the watercooler tomorrow talking about Bush's great resolve.

4. Nonetheless, they're in BIG trouble
It was the Bush camp's idea to have foreign policy be the subject of the first debate. Kerry was supposed to end up looking like a know-nothing amateur while Bush merely chanted his way to a win ("nine eleven...flip-flopper...ohmmmm").

Coming out ahead of Kerry in the first debate would simply not be enough, because foreign policy is supposed to be Bush's strongest suit. I have no doubt that the Bush camp realize how much trouble they're in. But any dirty tricks they pull will exactly like what they are.
