When you put them side by side.
Its hard to believe that Kerry is losing to this guy.
I don't think this was a meltdown on Bush's part. This is Bush being Bush. Its just when you put them side by side it illuminates Bush's speaking style. Yes he sounds just like he is, and that is, Bush is an idiot.

1. I listened to some of the commentary on NBC, then PBS
afterward. Nobody came out and said Bush kept repeating his talking points, almost to the point of flop sweat, which is what I saw.

Several people said he did a masterful job of staying on point. What the hell? He just kept repeating what they had coached him to say until his 2 minutes was up. If that is a masterful job, so be it.

I really thought the guy pretty much came off as the mediocre intellect he is.
