Every major network, all cable news nets. Check your local listings. The debate takes place at 9PM Eastern time, so it will air live in Eastern and Central. There will be a tape delay for Mountain and Pacific; check local listings.

For what it's worth, here with my ultrabasic cable in the Twin Cities MN, I will have 7 channels on which I can watch the debates: C-SPAN, PBS, CBS, ABC, FOX, NBC, and MSNBC.
