A report of more Police harassing Kerry Supporters
I know yesterday we had the report about Ohio and I thought I might should post this as well which was on Kerry/Edwards forum just now.

hubby just called. got pulled over, officer refused to listen to him and handed him a ticket for doing 30 over in a construction zone. Hubby swears he might have been doing 10 over but no more than that. Officer refused to listen to him and when he saw he was wearing a Kerry shirt basically laughed at him and told him to go on before he threw him in jail. I'm pissed. Hubby will file formal complaint in the morning and fight the ticket of course but he says this cop was just a plain butt. He says he thinks he was singled out because of his Kerry stickers. I wouldn't doubt it. It was an Indiana State Trooper.

2. I never saw an Ind statie pull ANYONE over
for speeding.

Once drove thru Indianapolis at rush hour - people were FLYING past me. I looked down and I was doing 95 (in an old MustangII 4 cyl with crappy suspension) - I doubt my tires were touching the road most of the time, otherwise my bones would have been rattling.

Somehow I doubt that IN has suddenly become the beacon of traffic enforcement....
