Anyone else losing sleep obssessing over the debate?
I tossed and turned last night about John Kerry holding his own in the debate. Seriously. Something is wrong with me.

5. nothing is wrong with you....
the debates are important....we have a corrupt, criminal and fraudulent adminsitration that is a cancer in our government and many people will make their decision for the 2004 election based on the debates, especially the first debate.

8. I'm a little stressed out
But as important is this election is, it doesn't do Kerry any good to make oneself sick about it. So I just put on some Miles Davis and mellow out.

9. Sort of
I'm not worried at all about the debates.

It's the spin from people like Tweety, Wolf, Scarborough, Schneider, Woodruff, etc. that scares the hell out of me.

It's not just the debates though. There's just too much at stake. If I don't drink, I don't sleep and no one can afford to drink too much.

12. What a timely post
I woke up at 4:00 and could not get back to sleep...I was sitting in my bed livid over how the state of the media in this country. I know Thursday night is going to be disaster. Not that Kerry will do poorly, but that the media will just roll over for Bush.

18. Yes bec the whoring media will say * won.
Edited on Wed Sep-29-04 12:36 PM by caledesi
They are already starting on Kerry and the "tanned" look. "Doesn't it look kind of orangy?" Kinda like the sighing of Al Gore who won every debate.

Why do they never say a negative anything about *?

This makes me puke. What about a small thing called SUBSTANCE.

19. I dreamt about it last night!!!!!!!!!
I was in charge of the DEBATE in my dream! I was getting really pissed off because no one was following my instructions!! There were at least 6 people seated at a conference table (including the candidates), and I was to conduct the debate, but no on cooperated! I had a hissy fit.

21. I've been losing sleep since * took office in 2001. Seriously.
Not a day -- not one day -- has gone by that I haven't been seriously concerned about the shape of our country.

There is so much riding on this election, it actually makes me feel physically ill to ponder the weight of it for too long a time.

I fully understand that the right wing will do **anything** to grab power and to stay in power -- and they control the room temperature and camera-work of the first debate.

You bet I'm concerned.
