Why does no one make fun of *'s red nose?

and he has another one just under his left cheekbone. Concealer always works better in non oily areas of the face, which explains why the one on his nose is usually visible in the absence of airbrushing.

He may be getting a third one on his right cheekbone, but it's hard to tell because of the camera angle he favors.

Gin blossoms can pop up after an alcoholic quits drinking but not eighteen years after. That one on his right cheek could indicate he's slipped more than a few times, par for the course for untreated alcoholics.
