Neocons have never played by the rules -- debates to be different?

So, we have this 32-page document which lists all the "rules of engagement." We know how high the podiums are supposed to be. We know what temperature the room is to be cooled and/or heated to.

FAUX has already stated they will not be abiding by these rules as they provide feeds for the networks. (My understanding is that they will providing feeds for everyone -- is that true?)

For us, or the Kerry camp, to assume that the neocons are going to play by the rules just because they exist would be a huge mistake on our part. They never have. They never will.

Screw the rules, Kerry should walk into the place and own it -- make his own rules as he goes along. You know the others will.
