If elected president of the United States?.
2) Which parts (if any) of the Patriot act would you ask the US Congress to repeal?
Howard Dean has been specific about this on his website.
Dean is concerned about sections which:
§ allows law enforcement agents to obtain information about an individual from a library, bookstore, bank, telephone company, credit card company, hotel, hospital or university without individualized suspicion and without meaningful judicial review;
§ expands the use of sneak and peak searches, even in non-terror cases;
§ allows the police to collect information about an individual?s internet use without a showing of probable cause;
§ allows the government to conduct wiretaps in criminal cases using the looser rules intended for intelligence investigations;
§ authorizes the Attorney General to detain immigrants based on a mere certification that there are "reasonable grounds to believe" the immigrant endangers national security.

Dennis Kucinich has introduced legislation which would repeal all parts of the Patriot Act which affect civil liberties.
3) Do you intend to keep American military troops in Iraq until that country establishes a democratic state?
They have all discussed this in debates. Kucincih wants to leave ASAP, Dean would keep troops for at least 2 years.
4) Should foreign aid to both Israel and Palestine be withheld as long as there is armed conflict between them?
None of the candidates take that position.
5) Will you propose that the US Congress repeal the 1996 ?Defense of Marriage Act? and would you be willing to sign a federal law recognizing same sex marriages for federal purposes?
Kucinich has said he supports gay-marriage.
Howard Dean and Wesley Clark said they support civil unions but not necessarily the term gay-marriage, with flexibility for the states to call it that if they want to.
6) Will you propose that Congress pass a Federal Death Penalty Abolition Act?
Kucinich is against the death penalty.
Howard Dean and Joe Lieberman support the death penalty.
11) Would you call on Congress to re-authorize the assault weapon ban law?
Howard Dean and Wesley Clark have both implied they would.
