7. I really find references to women as "menopausal, hot-flashing" very
offensive. Aren't there enough names to call this person without using sexist epithets?. I am continually shocked that it is okay to use sexist labels here where no one would ever think of using racist terms (thank goodness). All women are affected when these stereotypes are used, not just right-wind fruit cakes.

You are right about CNN, but it's really all of the stations. I hope that people are right that even bad publicity is good. They have been hammering away on Dean all day for this entire week. But it just seems to galvanize the supporters. At work I am the resident politico and so many people have been coming to me and asking me what I think of Dean because they just recently heard his name. I think I managed to get at least 4 new people on board and one of them even hand wrote 10 letters to Iowa!
