my gut feeling
I have never felt this strong in my life about anything, but I sincerly believe that this time next year, John Forbes Kerry will be President of the United States. Maybe it is just my mind protecting itself from thinking about Wee Little Statesman having a second term, but I just think that we are going to win this thing. I volunteer twice a week, so I am doing my part...This is just some late night rambling, so i'm sorry about this, but I strongly feel as if we are going to get our house back!!!

George better reserve the U-Haul....:7

3. 98% of the human inhabitants of the planet are hoping for a Kerry victory
but with varying degrees of confidence. There is no doubt in my mind that the survival of the world depends on a regime change here in America.

6. I think on the morning of November 2nd..
the entire world is going to draw-in a HUGE breath and hold it..
Kinda like one of those dramatic scenes in a movie when everyone in a crowd gasps together..

and when kerry crosses the 270EV line, the world will collectively breath a huge exhale of relief.

9. And 2% are so stupid the are cutting off their noses in spite of their
face. I swear It's like my daughter said "If you run into 6 assholes on the road, who is the asshole." OK well not quite it's just that they think they are right in spite of overwhelming evidence of the contrary. I think they learned from their leader. BAH BAH

4. I think so too.

Before this week, I had Kerry winning either one of Florida or Ohio.. and that was a "get lucky" scenario.

Now that I've read all about these new voter registrations, it tells me one key thing: we're busting the GOP's asses BIG TIME when it comes to ground operations. Until Election Day, new voter registration is the name of the game. Both parties have had all year to focus on this, and we've managed to blow them outta the water on this one. Assuming that we continue this trajectory to Election Day, we're going to have a VERY nice November 3rd.

I have changed things in my Electoral College predictions:
- Kerry wins all Gore states but WI, which ends-up being the WV of 2004 (i.e, defecting from its spot in the traditional Dem column);
- Kerry wins Florida by a good 2%;
- Kerry wins Ohio by the skin of his teeth;
- Kerry wins Colorado, but the referendum also passes, giving him only 5EVs from there;
- Kerry wins New Hampshire
- Kerry barely wins Nevada

Total? 291 Kerry.

10. That actually sounds
like a very realistic scenario. The voter registration story really amazed me.

I hope these people show up and do their part.

7. For some reason I never get a feeling for who will win.
I just vote as I see fit. One thing seems odd so far this time. I have been voting since Ike. This time no one is just talking on the street, but once in a while I hear some one make a mad remark. It maybe to early.

8. I am sure like I never have been sure before in my life. Like I knew I
was pregnant before I knew. Like I know I'm short.

11. I think Kerry will win
but that doesn't mean Bush is going to give up power so easily.

Thanks to touch-screen and BBV machines, there is a lot that is going to go wrong. So anywhere that the numbers come in close, Bush is going to be filing lawsuits to contest the election. This will take the wind of the sails of a Kerry win. Cast doubt in the minds of many Americans as to whether Kerry really won or not and will tie up the election in the courts for months while we wait for all the rulings. In the meantime, Team Bush will still be in power and who knows what they will pull to keep Kerry out. Anything is possible with this bunch. They have killed before and they will certainly be willing to kill again.

12. I have never volunteered for a campaign in my life
I feel that strongly about this one. Practically everyone I volunteer with says the same thing. There's a serious groundswell going on that the media is (deliberately) not covering. Meanwhile, the local news whores claim that the Pukes have thousands of volunteers in AZ. I have yet to see any Republican volunteers doing anything in my area but the Kerry folks are everywhere. The polls are bullshit.
