Awoli says questioning Allawi's credibility makes one unable to lead US
Taking issue with Kerry's criticism a day earlier of the upbeat assessment from Iraq's Ayad Allawi, Bush told a campaign rally in Wisconsin: "You can't lead this country if your ally in Iraq feels like you question his credibility."

So, can you lead this country if your allies throughout most of the world question YOUR credibility?

(By the way, I forgot who gets credit for calling * Awoli, but thanks, it's perfect.)

1. Bush should have questioned the credibility of Chalabi AND Allawi BEFORE
he ordered up a fullscale war based on their piles of lies told to intelligence agents over the last 10 years.

4. Bush has NO credibility with our allies.
And he's giving Allawi the Kool-Aid that he's been drinking.

5. He'll only have to deal with him if he gets elected, no?
I mean after Iraq's election. Till then he has little credibility himself.

6. Well, true, but BushCo would get to pick who's in charge of Iraq
by picking which areas are safe enough to vote and which are too dangerous to be allowed to vote.

That's the great "democracy" they're claiming to be so proud of...

11. I'd like to see someone put chimpy on the spot
and ask him which version of Iraqui elections he favors, Rumdum's or Armitage. Can't have it both ways.

7. Your caption caught my eye and I'm super
happy you're perpetuating it!

I borrowed it from Atman(who originated it in his huge thread on the "joint conference", yesterday), and gave it to you last night:)

As for stupid's statement..I think it sounds like he was winging it again..makes no sense..sure ya could "lead" this country no matter what anyone thinks..but since he has never led and never will lead.. I think it's MOOT! ;-)
