Set your VCR's and TiVo's for Friday night.

I happened to notice that "Uncovered", the Robert Greenwalt film about the true story of the Iraq War, will be on the Sundance channel Friday night at 9 CENTRAL time. I guess that would be 10 pm Eastern and 7 pm Pacific.

On our Direct TV service, Sundance is 459.

You will remember Greenwalt as the one who filmed "OutFoxed" and "Unprecidented" (about the 2000 Florida recount), too.

This would be a good one to tape or record to your DVD for handing out to one and all before the election - for non-commercial use only, of course. :)

2. Actually I noticed that on my "Outfoxed" DVD

There is no copyright notice on the box, nor is there any CSS encryption enabled. I haven't checked for Macrovision but I am virtually certian there is none.

Now I am not claiming that makes it legal to copy but they certainly have not made any effort to prevent copying.

3. I taped them both...

I just started watching "Unprecedented". What I have watched so far has made me sooo angry. All the shenanigans and dirty tricks they pulled to steal the election. God help us if this happens again.

I look forward to watching "Uncovered" and "Outfoxed." I had no idea they were made by the same person.

I get directv and wonder if I have to pay extra for that...if not I will be camped out..thanks for the heads up

10. Sundance is part of my regular package. I get the middle of the road

package. More than the basic package, but not "everything."

If you go to directv.com, you'll find the three packages WITH ALL THE STATIONS FOR EACH LISTED. It's very convenient. And SO MUCH BETTER than the Comcast website, which doesn't tell you sh*t (intentionally).

that Robert Redford, who created the Sundance Film Festival, was interested in airing F-9/11 there as well, if it can be worked out, before elections.
