Hello. I have an opinion that I'd like to share.

I believe that our worrying about what political analysts or politicians are saying on television about the off-off-year elections this week is purposeless. The only thing that any party gains from the win is just a few rhetorical talking points, but overall, very few people in America are paying attention. Why did the GOP get their people to the polls? Well, they're the out-party, and those supporting out-parties tend to be more motivated to go to the polls in off-year and off-off-year elections.

It's nothing about nothing, so please don't make it into something!

Thanks for letting me share my opinion.

2. I think off years mean little as well.
When we won the governorships in NJ and VA during the early Bush years, we still got killed in the midterms and lost in 2004. It means little except what someone can spin it to mean on tv.

3. I have to agree
And unless I'm mistaken, the name Obama was not on a single ballot.

5. It just proves that all those right wingers diving off the cliff are right.
Its time for them to double down, and keep driving like a new Toyota.
