Good thing about opt out, the public options on the table

These are the public options:

1. Medicare plus 5
   
   
2. Rockefeller public option
   
   
3. Public option with negotiated rate and a trigger for Medicare rates
   
   
4. HELP bill/Schumer public option

Progressives will be pushing for options one and two in the House and Senate, respectively. I think the Senate will likely end up with the HELP version.
