Today's Required Viewing: Chuck Schumer on Morning Meeting
Dicusses making mandates only mandates if they're afforable ... and his plan to create a kind of trust fund with the penalty that would then go to pay for the individuals insurance plan .... also discusses the chances he thinks the final bill will contain that coveted golden chalice that is the public option. And the strategy of letting states opt out of the public plan.
