Bloomberg - "Iran Agrees to Nuclear Plant Inspections, Enrichment"
Once again, John Bolton's head must be exploding at President Obama's diplomatic efforts:

###

Iran agreed to allow international inspectors to visit its new nuclear fuel plant within the next two weeks and will meet with negotiators for the U.S. and other leading United Nations powers later this month, European Union foreign policy chief Javier Solana said.

Iran also agreed to consider sending most of its stock of enriched uranium to Russia and France to be converted into fuel for a research reactor for medical purposes.

***
Since they last met and failed to make headway in July 2008, President Barack Obama promised to engage Iran, and Russia has moved closer to the U.S., France, and Britain in threatening tighter sanctions on Iran if it doesn’t stop its uranium enrichment. Iran says the work is aimed at developing peaceful power production; the West suspects the program is cover for a nuclear weapons program.

The talks were a “constructive beginning but it must be followed by constructive action by the Iranian government,” Obama said today at the White House. “Talk is no substitute for action.”

8. How about making a really mad face and pretending Iran isn't there
...just kidding of course, but that's the difference between the current diplomacy and the * era. No doubt the RW will find things to criticize, but the end result is still what really matter, as the president has made very clear. so far
